Key Responsibilities:

• Protect and ensure the safety and security of Macquarie people, visitors, and customers
• Threat, incident, and crisis management for the campus
• Collaborate with, coordinate with, and provide Macquarie management input to the 1ES Base Building Security Team
• Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols
• Make sure that security procedures and guidelines are followed through training programs and risk assessments
• Ensure the safety of staff and customers within the Sydney Campus
• Perform security process evaluations and inspections
• Prepare the organization for external inspections
• Assessing and identifying areas for technology or operational uplift
• Assist in hiring and training security staff under the Precinct Facilities Manager
• Briefing Senior Macquarie and Precinct stakeholders on ongoing operations, items of concern, incidents, or other areas of need
• WHS qualifications and/or experience.
