The Senior Manager / Manager, Loss & Prevention plays a pivotal role within the Operational Excellence & Compliance division. Reporting directly to the Director, Loss Prevention & Compliance, this position is responsible for:
Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to loss prevention
Identifying, recommending, and implementing security systems to minimise loss of merchandise, money, or company assets
Analysing data to identify trends and vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies
Leading a security team comprised of investigation officers and security officers.
Monitoring surveillance analytics to proactively identify potential security threats, and diligently oversee the investigation process, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution of cases within established protocols
Keeping abreast of technical developments and identify/recommend new technologies which ensure best practices and/or improve the efficiency of security operations.
