Review incident investigation with contractor and participate as needed. Participation in the incident investigation may be activated when the incident involves P&G personnel or P&G-owned equipment.

Please provide feedback on the investigations and whether the actions actually lead to the root cause.

Lead and manage the plant's Fire Protection system, ensuring that the safety requirements indicated in the Fire Protection and HS&E audits are met.

Lead and manage the proper maintenance of the system according to the guidelines established in NFPA 25 and ITM FP standards.

Lead the management of fire system maintenance contractors.

Lead the Emergency Plan of the Plant.
