Develop, execute and monitor Health, Safety, Security and Environmental company policies, procedures, and systems to improve HSSE Culture and Performance in the organization.

Ensure local and regional specific industrial and governmental legislations are met. Provide updated information and knowledge on HSSE. Conduct improvements when required.

Train, guide and support internal and external stakeholders for function specific issues in line with legal, compliance and company-wide regulations.

Conduct risk assessment and recommend actions to be taken.

In consultation with HSSE manager, assist applicable HSSE reports.

Conduct HSSE training and increase awareness.

Assist/lead/report appropriate incident investigation. Manage non-routine problems.

Support Area HSSE Manager to deliver actions as part of HSSE Management System in 18 countries.
