Executive Protection: (90%)

Provide protective coverage for employees, contractors, guests, Senior Executives, family members, and other designated individuals.

Execute advance preparations and security assessments of sites, residences, and events to ensure thorough, efficient, and proportionate, threat-based security measures.

Conduct independent assessments of situations and provide real-time decisions to ensure the safety and security of others.

Perform risk assessment and threat mitigation, throughout facilities, residences, airfields, off-site events, hotels, and ground and air transportation, and travel.

Perform travel-related risk assessments in foreign and domestic environments, identifying and establishing rapport with key law enforcement, security, and government officials as needed.

Perform vehicle transportation duties as a part of executive protection as necessary.

Manage and lead additional outsourced security personnel for events or functions.

Partner with internal teams on the planning and logistics around Company-sponsored events to ensure security matters and executive participation.

Provide verbal and/or written briefings in one-on-one meetings, or to large groups of associates, traveling to high risk rated areas.

Manage and/or directly participate in the development and implementation of security plans in support of company special events.

Research and write reports utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite for risk assessments of Company events and executive travel and maintain a database of all reports.

Regularly research and review pertinent data from intelligence reports from open source, and third-party providers regarding the threat environment and to evaluate corporate and executive risk.

Develop expertise with Open Source and subscription tools to monitor world events and assess impact to Company, offices/facilities, senior executives, and staff.

Develop strong working relationship with all levels of management.

Act upon and communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely manner.

Maintain proficiency in relevant protective services training as well as maintain currency on protection and emergency medical certifications.

Create and maintain strong positive relationships with key internal partners, including executive leadership, functional business areas, and site leadership. Be on call to respond to company-related security incidents and to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
