Prepare Manufacturing letters for cross border and other countries intended for import and export purposes. Prepare Engine Change letters that are required by the Department of Transport for engine changes done on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Prepare ECE/COC certificates (Certificate of Conformity) from Europe for vehicles being imported and exported from/to overseas countries requiring these documents. Prepare Data Fix Letters that are required by the Department of Transport for any data errors that were done on the e-Natis system at the time of introduction of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Request Data-Dot certificates when they are required.
Process all new Identity Card Request applications on SAP for contractors. Activate/update/deactivate access cards for MBSA Group employees, contractors and visitors.
Investigate and verify all stolen, cloned, duplicate and recovered vehicle inquires and flag or remove flag on Mercedes-Benz systems and prepare SAPS B312 statement, where required.
Conduct investigations as per Policy C169.
Compile and submit monthly reports relating to stock items, Investigations, Access Control and Vehicle Crime. Create all shopping carts and confirm all invoices when goods and/or services have been received.
