The Site Security and Facilities Initiatives Leader will ensure the site continues to meet all Security and Facilities requirements. Will work to develop strategy for the site for executing new program changes and will work with cross-functional teams internal to the site to sustain changes and optimize program. They will demonstrate leadership in and accountability for business goals & commitments, and metrics.

Maintain and enhance site security programs that meet guidelines and expectations from Global Security Team which includes Physical Security Operations, Crisis Management, Workplace Violence, etc.

Ownership of Security and Facilities Framework requirements for the site, will be responsible for meeting business expectations and driving continuous improvement of site security and facility programs

Drive and maintain compliance with government requirements based on the materials we have onsite and work being done, this includes Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (DHS) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (DOD)

Is knowledgeable of Ohio Building and Fire Code as well as NFPA Standards, and any other applicable industry standard and able to apply knowledge.

Ensure facilities alignment with production plan and KPIs. Oversight of execution of facilities projects to maintain alignment. Which includes strategic facilities planning and owning the projects that coincide.

Act as the FM Global focal for the site and ensure HPR status is being maintained.

Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

Consult on shop floor lean initiatives that may impact safety and security of employees.
