Tasks & responsibilities
In this position, you will monitor the resilience levels and effectiveness of implemented preventative and security measures (technically as well as behaviorally) and furthermore develop and / or implement programs, assessments, reports, and trainings, in order to early detect, prevent or deter threats.
To ensure the minimum level of agreed preventative or security measures, you will advance the cooperation between internal & external stakeholders and peers and act as advisor for the business globally.
You will support crisis management in case of security situations / incidents on a global level.
With your in-depth knowledge of travel security principles such as duty of care for employees and guests, you will manage traveler tracking accounts to include processing additions, deletions, conducting routine internal audits, and coordinate training for all tracker users worldwide.
You will create, manage, and provide expatriate security briefing programs, travel restrictions, and (pre-) travel security briefings for employees and top management.
You have in-depth knowledge about various threats, early recognition of threats and criminal actions against BI employees and the appropriate level of protection.
For the early detection of potential threats (e.g., Violence Threat Management), you will develop a risk management process and eligible prevention / protection strategies, as well as corresponding threat assessments, and the implementation of respective security / preventative measures for BI employees. This includes security briefings for holistic security conceptions verbally or in writing for employees and top management.
