You would also:

Champion and manage HR programs and initiatives in the areas of staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, diversity, learning and development, benefits, safety, attendance and employee experience activities.

Facilitate and promote ASSA ABLOY events and initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Provide counsel, coaching and guidance to site leaders and employees.

Help to implement effective recruiting and on-boarding processes to increase hires and improve retention while reducing our dependency on staffing agencies.

Oversee safety initiatives (reporting, accident investigations, claims, determining root cause and helping to establish countermeasures).

Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and create an environment that promotes well-being and positive morale.

Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.

Comply and enforce compliance of all state and federal regulations, Company standards and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

Perform other duties and special projects as required.
