　 • Business English skills (spoken and written) to be able to communicate well with overseas department counterparts
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compliance and/or security related experience in a company of similar size with a matrix organization (at least 3 years of leadership experience) experience).
    • Experience successfully implementing compliance processes.
    • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
    • A high level of integrity
