  • Significant demonstrable experience in an Infrastructure or Security management role, demonstrating change control knowledge and the application of security controls relevant to organisational needs
  • Awareness / experience with implementing security controls in a Manufacturing / Supply chain environment 
  • Understanding of the various compliance policies NIST
  • Security qualifications - CISSP, CISMP etc
  • Degree level education, ideally in an IT, Science or Business-related subject
  • Strong communication skills dealing particularly with International users, with the ability to influence others to achieve results.
  • An enthusiastic and creative approach to security and improvement with a natural ability to influence and engage others to take responsibility, take action and get involved.
  • Easily able to build, engage and reach out to a broad network of value-add contacts both internally to the business and outside the organisation.
  • Culturally adept at communicating with other countries and sensitive to the cultural differences that must be respected and applied. 
  • Ability to defuse situations and resolve conflict to a win:win outcome
  • Valued team player that encourages and openly shares knowledge, skill and experience effectively with other Inc. internal teams, across the wider international business units and third parties.
  • Strong customer focus – ability to be the voice of the customer and put customer first.
  • Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise workload/work streams effectively with an innate ability to plan ahead to ensure key deliverables are met to the agreed standard and key stakeholders remain well informed.
  • Creatively prepares a clear plan and robust methodology to manage complex issues or change initiatives. Communicates with stakeholders to ensure involvement, engagement and understand.
