Implementation of KLL’s compliance policies, standards and guidelines, ensuring its alignment with the Group’s regulatory compliance roadmap

Provide leadership and advisory to business/functional heads for regulatory compliance matters, and ensure adequate measures to manage/mitigate regulatory, legal & financial risks and Group’s Code of Conduct requirements are adopted

Ensuring the continuity of Keppel Land’s ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Certification for Vietnam

Develop and oversee the implementation of an adequate compliance monitoring, review program and compliance checklists to monitor standard of regulatory compliance (including digitisation initiatives, streamlining of processes)

Oversee the regulatory compliance and latest developments, including but not limited to, impact analysis on operation, system, process and reporting (where relevant) and disseminating the information to senior management, business units, colleagues and representatives.

Develop and deliver compliance training & communication materials to raise staff awareness and understanding of compliance principles and promoting a positive compliance culture
