As a Security Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of
Manage, coordinate, execute and maintain annual Corporate Security programs.
Conduct investigations related to fraud and/or actions that result in financial losses or violations of the PepsiCo Code of Conduct
Conduct vulnerability analyses and issue the respective recommendations.
Implement, coordinate and maintain Loss Prevention Plans in the Sales areas
Execute the Plan and Procedure established in the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan
Provide security at special events such as conventions, pilgrimages, foundation events and visits by high-ranking national and foreign executives B+.
Conduct special investigations to provide evidentiary support for recommending whether or not an employee should be retained
Those responsible for enabling and certifying employees and their families as “agents of change” in the Culture of Legality workshop
Responsible for establishing appropriate communication channels with the relevant authorities for law enforcement and crime prevention
Coordinate tasks and assignments with external security personnel and service providers at assigned sites
Responsible for providing assistance and advice in a timely manner to employees involved in a work incident
Educate employees about their personal safety
Prepare the reports required by the director/manager of the corporate area in a timely manner
Supervise the selection and hiring processes of security personnel including the site access controller
Promote Social Responsibility with government agencies in charge of law enforcement and loss control
Generate events with the families of collaborators aimed at generating social change by teaching a Culture of Legality.
