Implement changes to the security regime decided by the authorities:
Analyze regulatory changes and consequences on operations
Participate in working bodies with ministries and authorities, representing the position of Eurostar Blue
Cooperate with other SNCF Group security partners to develop security developments
Prepare legal developments internally at Eurostar and with its subcontractors
Monitor the implementation and optimization of new measures, in cooperation with other SNCF Group stakeholders
Cooperate with station managers or infrastructure managers on security issues:
Participate in the actions carried out by these managers in terms of work, developments or distribution of tasks
Represent Eurostar's interests in the area of security, with a view to effective and balanced cooperation
Assist the Head of Security, responsible for relations with the Authorities and the Director of French Stations in the contractual relationship with station or infrastructure managers
Be responsible for contractual relations with security service providers:
Be the business lead in the territories for which he is responsible. Under the direction of the Chief of Security, responsible for relations with the Authorities , he works with his Security Operations Manager colleagues to ensure consistent management of security subcontracting.
Carry out calls for tender or search for service providers with the support of the purchasing and legal departments, negotiate costs, prepare contracts
Control / Manage / Improve the quality of the security services provided by subcontractors and the corresponding invoicing
Be in charge of the contract with SNCF Rail Security, defining the needs and operating procedures, and targeting the contributions of this unit in relation to identified threats.
