Implement initiatives and projects within the Security Strategy in alignment the Global Security Team.

Main responsible for day-to-day security topics at our Distribution Center, especially occupational health and safety

Collaboration and alignment with our external security company and guards.

Design and implement a suit of standards, policies and procedures to protect colleagues, assets, premises and supply chain.

Identify non-compliant behaviour and take appropriate discussions and actions.

Be a  key contact and support in the event of an incident and support disaster recovery efforts.

Keep informed on industry best practice and benchmarks, highlighting areas of new risks and any initiatives to ensure Pandora remains protected.

Assess physical security posture as well as health and safety set-up and develop strategy to introduce improvements focused where most needed.
