Essential Functions

Manage, motivate, and develop EHS&S team to support FFEx in all areas as related to each team members expertise

Responsible for the site ISO14001 Environmental Management system and for managing the Environmental Coordinator, Energy Coordinator, Local Data Coordinator

Lead role development and selection of core members to build the FFEx EHS&S team

Ensure compliance to all OSHA regulations and all Federal, State, and local safety standards

Responsible for the site ISO18001 OHSA Management system–Safety Coordinator

Responsible for ISO 45001 Lead Auditor for Occupational Health and Safety

Lead development of site environmental & safety objectives & targets

Monitor & report site performance within environment & safety

Responsible for site environmental permits (air, wastewater, stormwater, etc.)

Advise, assist, analyze, and audit to mitigate EHS&S hazards, document findings and corrective actions in Action Item registry

Responsible for site emergency response including equipment inspections & site drill coordination

Establish & maintain waste management programs & ensure site compliance with the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act requirements

Drive sustainability/Circular for Zero expectations throughout the FFEx including LEED credentialing

Responsible for Industrial Hygiene and Construction Safety programs
Identify & reduce EHS&S risks

Work towards Circular Zero:  Zero landfill, Zero wasted water/energy, Zero Harm

Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
