In this role you will:

Assist in the development and administration of key elements of the HSSE programs, including documentation and records for risk assessments, policies, operating procedures, work instructions, and the inspection, drills and audit programs.

Collaborate with the DPW World Canada team (all functions) to standardize HSSE processes across the BUs when possible.

Act as a resource in meeting HSSE responsibilities and complying with regulations.

Coordinate training for management, employees and contractors in all aspects of HSSE.

Coordinate drills, inspections, and follow up actions resulting from them.

Positively drive agreed initiatives, propose new initiatives and adopt a sense of continuous improvement.

Manage requirements around the HSSE metrics (reporting, dashboards) and follow up open items (actions, investigations).
